About the Chef
Carri Duke and her family currently resides in Montgomery, AL. She learned about cooking from her grandmother and later her mom, growing up in the kitchen. From an early age, she learned the art of cooking and was able to experiment in a supportive environment. In college, Carri worked for a local catering company, learning the ends and outs of the business and making a lot of delicious desserts.
She rose very quickly to assistant chef in the company and continued to work there until graduation.Carri's family moved to Montgomery, AL in 2006 and immediately began to make food and desserts for their church, birthdays, dinner parties, etc. for the community. The Dukes of 3 Bakery was a natural progression after so many commented on her exceptional desserts, especially her cheesecakes.
